Businesses based with the West Midlands region fully realise the importance of good training.

That said, often it can be overlooked because it can be hard to identify as well as distinguish what training companies are in the West Midlands who can effectively facilitate the business’s training needs and requirements.

Connect WM is looking to build on its already expanding site, by introducing a Training WM section whereby it will actively target businesses throughout the West Midlands region helping them connect to training in the West Midlands.

The old adage being unless you know if there’s something and where it is, you’ll just put it off or try trying and get away with it rather than spend time searching and looking.

Many local businesses have relied on the likes of Business Link for the past 10 plus years to highlight what training is out there, but with the immediate demise of a local Business Link presence - chances are that in the immediate future there will be nil or limited centralised resources to help and assist local businesses in the identification of an array of varying training workshops and seminars, as well as one to one business coaching.

Training WM realises that good training provided by and to businesses as well as individuals will build a solid base to not only help all local businesses but also help their employees which in turn helps the local economy.
