Pennycuick Collins announce joint venture with Network Auctions

Pennycuick Collins, a well respected firm of Chartered Surveyors based on Broad Street, Birmingham, is delighted to announce that it has linked up with leading London based Auctioneers Network Auctions. This joint venture will see them running property auctions in both Birmingham and London.

Pennycuick Collins’ auctioneer Stuart Tullah, a Fellow of the National Association of Valuers & Auctioneers, said: “Our partnership with Network Auctions is the perfect marriage of two well established and forward looking firms with a proven track record of success in the property auction marketplace. We are now uniquely placed to offer our seller clients a choice of a Birmingham or London saleroom together with the resources and expertise of two firms of firmly established auction houses.”

Networks Auctions Managing Director Toby Limbrick said: “This association with Pennycuick Collins is a significant development for Network Auctions as it not only increases the number of auctions we will be running from six to eleven a year but also provides our Midlands based partners and clients with a choice of salerooms. We fully expect to be able to significantly increase the size of both our London and Birmingham catalogues in the months ahead.”

The first joint auction will take place on Wednesday 14th May at Pennycuick Collins’ regular venue of The Legends Lounge, St Andrews, Birmingham City Football Club.

Network Auctions hold their sales at the prestigious Cumberland Hotel at Marble Arch in the heart of London’s West End.

Pennycuick Collins introduced its regular property auctions in 2002 and over the ten year period from 2004 to 2013 achieved the highest sales success rate of any Birmingham based auctioneer (source: www.eigroup.co.uk).
