Leading Results brings real world learning to virtual platform

Redditch-based Leading Results, which has been busy providing high-level leadership and development training to top brands across the world, is to offer online learning forums and webinars in addition to its physical courses.

The company already offers live, trainer-led online workshops to clients who struggle to bring large numbers of delegates together for a traditional course. The new offer will go further than this to reach beyond Leading Results’ current client base, as it will be easily accessible via the company’s website and social media channels. The company is also welcoming requests for topics from individuals interested in developing their leadership skills.

Leading Results’ directors, Anita Douglas and Doreen Yarnold, have been leading the project.

Anita says: “Leading Results were well ahead of the curve in developing and delivering online, trainer-led learning when it first came onto the scene all those years ago. Over the past five years, this arm of the Leading Results training offer has established itself as a key component of our ‘blended learning’ approach with current clients.

“Expanding our offer to individuals outside of our current client base through our website, social media channels and online workshops means we can train individuals and teams far more expediently and cost-effectively, without the complex logistics usually involved in traditional classroom training.”

Doreen Yarnold added: “Leading Results has been providing high impact development to organisations and its leaders since 2004. We have a wide and varied client base spanning many sectors of industry and we want to make it easier for current and prospective clients to access our class-leading materials.

"Our ethos has always been ‘keep it real, keep it simple’ with highly practical and interactive ‘real world’ development solutions so that managers and leaders can immediately put their newly obtained knowledge and skills to work in their business.”
