Guests Magic Up New Contacts

This Halloween The Priory Rooms hosted the Social Enterprise Mentor “Mentor on the Move" networking event.

Social Enterprise Mentor works in conjunction with Social Enterprise West Midlands to deliver the successful “Mentor on the Move”; Birmingham’s only regular monthly networking event dedicated to supporting and encouraging social enterprise development.

The Priory Rooms were delighted to be the host venue for the event on Halloween. Guests used hocus pocus tricks to develop new networks in The Priory Rooms bright and modern Atrium, where freshly filtered coffee was served with Halloween inspired treats. Everyone dared to try the cauldron cooked cakes, spook-tastic sweets with the spine-chillingly sustainable coffee, frightfully fair-trade tea and wicked witches fruit punch.

The Priory Rooms, as a third sector meeting and conference venue, are members of Social Enterprise West Midlands. Conference Centre Manager Andrew Callan commented “By being a member of Social Enterprise West Midlands we have opportunity to share good practice and work closely with other social enterprises, especially by developing contacts from the networking events. We were thrilled to host the popular “Mentor on the Move” and help support the network.”

Praise for The Priory Rooms city centre location and excellent service was high as guests left a successful afternoon.
